Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 72 hours from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Write to us at info@dotandfeatherfilms.com within 72 hours of delivery and we will guide you through the next steps.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, include a photo in your email and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Digital film downloads included with your purchase are non-refundable.
