All products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at info@dotandfeatherfilms.com with a photo and we will arrange a replacement. Digital downloads included with purchase are non-refundable.
